Creating a New User Account

Overview

You want to create a new user account.

Solution

Note #1: Customer Support is not allowed to create new users. Only root users or admins can do this.
Note #2: Request for your limits if you want to know if any additional costs are involved for new user creation and how much (if any)

  Follow these steps to create a new user account:

  1. Log in to Lyris HQ with admin-level access for the desired organization.
  2. Click Settings in the upper right side .
  3. Under Organizations, click the desired Organization.
  4. Under Members, click Create User.
  5. Fill out the required information.
  6. A window will pop up to confirm the seat addition. Click Yes - Add a New User.
  7. Under Access & Permissions, provide the user access to the desired point applications
  8. Click Save
