Contacts are missing in ACM after migration from LM

Overview

After migration from LM to HQ you may see fewer contacts in your lists. 

Solution

Most probably this is happened because of the incorrect DB migration. Please log a Support Ticket to get this resolved.

After migration from the Lyris LM the DB is marked for delete.

We previously encountered the same issue and PCA was able to restore the DB (it was not deleted yet) and deploy the container to recover the required Lyris LM environment.

The agent should perform the following:

  1. Create Change Request to SaaSOps (Project: Lyris HQ (DEV)) asking to restore Lyris LM DB and environment that the customer was using before migration.
  2. After LM environment will be recovered, ask the customer to create an LM Support ticket in order to get the contacts exported to the CSV file from Lyris LM.
    Note: If the agent has access and knowledge of Lyris LM product, then the agent should import contacts from LM without asking the customer to create a support ticket.
  3. Import Contacts to ACM by Uploading a CSV File.
