Overview
For some of the users, you may face the "List Settings" menu item does not appear in the account.
This article explains why and how to resolve this problem.
Solution
The reason why you can't see the "List Settings" menu item in LyrisHQ UI is that the user doesn't have necessary permissions. Changing account permission settings can only be done by someone with Account Administrator privileges.
- Open Permission Settings window for the required account as described in the article Lyris HQ - Set User Permissions.
- Mark check-box "Manage List Settings" enabled as shown on the screenshot:
- Save changes by clicking Done and Save buttons.
- To see changes applied, relogin to LyrisHQ with the required account.
Testing
After relogin account will be able to see and access "List Settings" menu item:
