Overview
As soon as someone signs up with your internal domain you get the welcome mail multiple times when expecting to get it only once.
If you use a *hotmail.com, *gmail.com domains this does not happen.
Information
If your mail server has any kind of security/spam filtering software (like Proofpoint tool) that checks the links before it reaches the end-user, then it will affect the number of clicks, that's why you will receive multiple confirmation emails.

- To investigate, the agent can request an example of the email address for which this happened, and an email list if it was not specified by the client.
- Check times clicked in a Clickthru History table.
- Open email list in EmailLabs under admin account.
- Click the View Member Profile
button for the member email provided by the customer.
- You will find Clickthru History in the View Records menu:
If Times Clicked value is more than 1, then the link was clicked more than once, that's why the customer receives more than 1 welcome email.
