Overview

A landing page under LHQ is a custom CNAME pointing to one of the links of LHQ farms. Depending on the domain you want to use, CNAME should be added either by the Lyris HQ Operations team or by the customer.

Configuring hqcampaign.com sub-domain

Operations team can only add CNAME entry for Aurea domain hqcampaign.com pointing to the LHQ farm. For example, if you want the landing page to be cm.hqcampaign.com, we can create CNAME entry pointing to the farm.

If you want to use hqcampaign.com sub-domain, please raise a Customer Support ticket and we will coordinate with the Operations team.

Custom domains

If you are using your own domain, then CNAME has to be added by the domain's DNS administrator on your side. 

1.  Choose a domain that you have access to the DNS settings for. (e.g. campaign.example.com)
2.  Through your DNS administrator, create the CNAME alias from your domain (e.g. campaign.example.com) to your Email Marketing Farm Server: e.g. www.elabs6.com, www.elabs7.com, etc.
