Overview

Both Lyris HQ and ACM UI interfaces share the same database and you should be able to login to both of them using the same username and password. If for some reason you can't login to any of them, read this article. 

Solution

There are a number of factors that could prevent you from logging in to your Lyris HQ or ACM account. Perform one or more of the following:

• Verify the login URL is correct:
  •  Lyris HQ: http://www.lyrishq.net
  • ACM: https://cam.aurea.com/
• Verify the User and Password are correct: ensure case sensitivity and that there are no hidden spaces 
• Clear browser cache and memory and restart your browser application
• Try using the most current version of Internet Explorer or Firefox
• Reset password (following these instructions you will reset the password for both LHQ and ACM interfaces)
• Check with your account administrator to make sure the account is still active. If you are the account administrator, contact Lyris HQ Support
