You may face incorrect behavior for the message when doing a quick test. In the preview mode message looks fine but when you do a quick test the second template is added to the message.

Solution

We previously encountered the same issue and the problem is on the DB level which is out of our control.

To resolve this issue, please create a new list and test this mailing in a new list.

Testing

Do a quick test in a newly created list and the second template will not be added.
