Your email opt-in forms are failing to redirect to the link when new users subscribe to lists and delivering the error "Validation Failed, Can't Redirect to YOUR_URL"

Information

This error may be caused by a cleanup activity when old messages that were still being used (system messages, such as welcome messages) were deleted.

Please raise a Support ticket so that our agents will escalate the issue to the Infrastructure Team. Provide an example of a website that contains one of the opt-in forms and a corresponding list.

The agent should open a SaaS incident to SaasOps (Project: Lyris HQ (DEV)) with the video showing the impact of the supposedly missing messages so SaaSOps can check or eventually escalate to PCA.
